As the new leadership team of Actuarial Careers, Inc. ® —Jen, Jill, and Kieran—advances from our roles as top senior actuarial recruiters to become the new principals and owners of the firm, we are proud to carry forward Aimee’s vision for the company. Aimee Kaye, President of ACI

Since 1986, I have been exclusively working with actuarial candidates and the companies who rely on them to make important business decisions. I have seen and continue to see the role of the actuary evolve, and the companies who employ them grow. Having placed thousands of candidates, I am always reminded that there is one constant: people hire people. We’ve invested nearly 20 years in creating and nurturing relationships with the people we place, and the people in the companies who hire them. We are so successful at bringing them together because we present people, not resumes.

At Actuarial Careers, Inc.®, relationships are the core of our business. I have proven time and time again that trust is fundamental to any good relationship. Trust takes time. We earn it by focusing on what is best for the candidate and for the client. That strategy is best for our business as well. For this reason, I insist that every member of the Actuarial Careers’ team be trained to meet my professional and ethical standards. It is my goal to provide every actuarial candidate we represent and every company we serve the most responsive and ethical service in the industry.
